Meet our Member Spotlight Megan Keplinger! 🔆 Megan has been deeply involved with the Chamber since 2016!! In 2020 Megan served as an Ambassador, in 2021 the Inclusion Chair, in 2022 the Ambassador Chair and in 2023 transitioned to Chamber leadership. And now will be a member of the LT Class of 2025! ‼️
Megan’s involvement in Emerge and serving on the leadership team has empowered her to “transition into leadership positions at the Chamber, within my workplace, and other community organizations. Through the Mentor-Protégé program, I was paired with mentors whose guidance continues to shape my journey, culminating in a career-defining connection with the VP of Sales at the Business Journal, Dawn Philips which served as a catalyst for my career trajectory. I now serve as a Mentor in the program.” After serving on the ELTB leadership team for three years, Megan transitioned to Chamber leadership and chaired the Community Outreach Committee in 2023 along with joining other committees. 💥
This year, Megan is serving as the Women of Influence Pearls of Wisdom Liaison. 🔹 Outside of the Chamber, Megan continues to serve on the boards of non-profit organizations, one of which she is now the President of the Board – American Cancer Society, GenNow Network. 💯 Megan said “I want to give back to the community and organizations that helped shape my career, which is why continuing my involvement in the Chamber’s leadership journey is important to me. I’m really looking forward to participating in LT, learning more about the Tampa Bay community, and the opportunity to "gain, grow, and give.”⭐
