The company also controls their schedule, and sometimes even where they live. - Franchising empowers you to use everything you’ve learned–about finances, leadership, and more–for the full benefit of yourself and your family, instead of just for the benefit of an employer. - Launching a franchise as a side hustle is easier than most people think. It’s not much different from taking on a special project as an executive. The key is to build the right team to help you. - A mature executive franchise business can generate a full-time income for the owner, while requiring only about 10 hours of work per week. Executive franchise ownership is a much healthier lifestyle.
