At ENA, we are constantly looking for unique vineyards to translate in vibrant, elegant and complex wines… ENA wines are made to share our passion, to make you travel in a unique place and time and mostly to be enjoyed, always calling for another sip! Conscious of the environment, we work with vineyards farmed under sustainable, organic and/or regenerative principles. To reduce our waste and carbon footprint, we are using light weight bottles with no capsules. Our winemaking, in a nutshell, is an assertive approach towards nature rather than obstructive. Our decisions are based on improving the expression of the vineyard, rather than pushing wines towards a style. With minimal intervention, we ferment with native yeasts and carefully select our barrels to respect the fruits.
