Upgrading the Field with an EEC Internal Promotion 👷🏻♂️ From Field Superintendent to Director of Field Operations, a big congrats to Kris Kopecky, the man who’s been the backbone of our field operations. Kris is taking a well-earned step up as he's takes on new responsibilities, now overseeing all aspects of our projects. He always goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly on-site as well as behind the scenes. Ask anyone who knows him, Kris is one hell of a leader; he’s a problem solver, a motivator, and a guru - he's always answering questions and guiding others in the right direction at all times of the day. Whether it’s resource management, project execution, or ensuring seamless communication between crews and clients, Kris has been the guy to make it happen. We're not just handing out titles at EEC, Kris earned this promotion, recognition of talent, and appreciation of relentless dedication. Kris’s vision, diligence, and knowledge on operational excellence make him no doubt the perfect fit for this role. So today, here’s to Kris — congratulations on this well-deserved promotion! This structure was essential for maintaining power integrity and efficiency throughout the building. Team Leadership: Foreman: Jim D. led the charge confidently on-site, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams, keeping the project on track, and upholding safety and quality standards. Project Significance: This project demonstrates our capability to deliver on complex urban construction sites within confined spaces.
