  • 🌎 📸 This is JUST the beginning. Growing the culture inside EEC's walls has made a tremendous impact across the board - and it's an absolute honor to be named in Boston Globe's Top Places To Work 2024. We are beyond proud of our entire team for this accolade was a collective effort. We do whatever we can for our employees, from the field to the office, from senior leadership down to interns, Energy Electric takes care of our family because we know they take care of Energy Electric. Theres only a select amount of companies that can achieve a position on this list, and many of them have reached it 10x over. For EEC, earning a spot on the list is a huge milestone and we fully intend to keep the flame burning for the long haul. 🔥 A big thank you to everyone - past, present, and future - for contributing to why Boston Globe chose EEC. Key Challenges and EEC's Solutions: Working within the tight Roxbury site required extensive planning and real-time adjustments. Effective site coordination was critical to ensure efficient workflow and prevent disruptions. A robust underground and in-slab duct bank was implemented to route essential feeders to upper floors. This structure was essential for maintaining power integrity and efficiency throughout the building. Team Leadership: Foreman: Jim D. led the charge confidently on-site, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams, keeping the project on track, and upholding safety and quality standards. Project Significance: This project demonstrates our capability to deliver on complex urban construction sites within confined spaces.
