Engineering Management, Inc. (EMI) and its dedicated professionals have a combined experience of over 150 years in the field of general civil and environmental engineering including financial feasibility studies, funding procurement, program administration, design, full permitting capability, construction inspection, and facility operations. (EMI) is a collaboration of planners, engineers, biologist, and managers with background and experience from larger firms, private industry and State and local government. The continued vision of the Company is to provide comprehensive, practical and cost effective solutions for environmental facilities, roads and pedestrian walkways and recreational infrastructure. EMI maintains “in house” capability for project funding procurement, complete permit processing through State and Federal agencies, environmental assessments, system evaluation and management, facility operations, utility rate analysis, and general consulting. The company maintains a network of multiple computer stations, utilizing the latest technology in Civil/ Environmental design and analysis software, multiple plotters scanners, high speed printers, and surveying equipment. A fleet of corporately owned on and off road vehicles are maintained. EMI also provides full-service water and waste water plant operations as well as ongoing stream and watershed monitoring services. The latest in water sampling and analysis equipment is maintained by the company.

Welcome to the EMI family, Wiley Helm! We are thrilled to have you join our team! Meet Wiley: I’ve lived my whole life in northeast Georgia! I graduated from Habersham Central High School in 2010 and worked a myriad of jobs before hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2014. Upon my return, I worked construction with my Dad for several years while attending college part-time. In 2018, I transferred to Georgia Tech and earned two degrees in Environmental Engineering. I’ve been married to my lovely wife Audra for 5-years, and we have a beautiful baby girl, Jemma. Join us in giving Wiley a warm EMI welcome!
