  • Exciting News! ✨ We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes creating some big changes to Enneagram MBA. 🚀 We’ll be rolling out a fresh new look coming soon to reflect where we’re headed as we evolve and grow in the team training space. 🪴 Over the years, we’ve partnered with organizations to help shape workplace relationships and share the Enneagram as a way for teams and leaders to connect, communicate and collaborate in a more productive - and fun way. And now, our brand is getting a glow-up to match that mission. 🪩 Stay tuned for the full reveal over the next few weeks - big things are ahead and we continue to help teams work better, together. 💼 🎉

  • "85% of workers experience some form of conflict regularly." - Harvard Business Review Getting along with different groups within your organization that seemingly have competing interests, goals, and personalities can be difficult. Rather than cooperating, it can turn into competing for power, influence, and limited resources. When this happens, companies may turn to team-building events or motivational speakers who talk about trust but nothing substantial will change without first understanding, and then addressing, the fact that many times these groups face challenges because the organizational structure can be set up almost to encourage these departments to dislike each other. In this episode, we're going to use a piece of the Enneagram that's outside of the 9 types to help us better understand the different departments you're working in and with to ideally give you useful insights to better work through those regular cross-department conflicts. Do you see your department in one of these three types - Preserving, Transmitting, or Navigating? #enneagram #enneagramatwork #teambuilding

Over 80% of those have been a part of a team or company off-site retreat, so in this episode of the Enneagram at Work podcast, you'll hear about the four themes that have come up for incorporating the Enneagram into this type of event that you can take and use as-is or use one to inspire your own unique ideas for your company retreat event. 1) The Bring-Back  2) The Cross-Department Collab  3) The 2-Parter 4) The Staycation Listen to episode 150 on your favorite podcast platform! #enneagram #teambuilding #professionaldevelopment #enneagraminbusiness #teambuildingideas

  • Performance review season is here. 🏆   While some on your team may prefer to receive direct, tell-it-like-it-is feedback, others might need more of the sandwich feedback method. 🥪   Some may need you to clearly tie your feedback to the goals of the organization and team, and others may need a clear message about how their work impacts people in a meaningful way. 🗨️   The Enneagram won't be 100% accurate, 100% of the time (because there's no way all human beings can be totally categorized into just 9 types), but it can be helpful in giving you a starting point for noticing the different feedback styles so you can adjust as needed to give the most well-received and impactful feedback this season. ✏️   Check out the article here for a quick reference guide to get you started. #enneagram #professionaldevelopment #leadershipdevelopment
