Last week, we supported the Metro Nashville Public Schools Career Day for freshmen, where two of our 3rd-year apprentices, Keith Norris and Alejandro Hernandez, inspired students by sharing their life as Electricians and experiences in construction.   It was the perfect way to kick off National Apprenticeship Week, a time to reinforce the vital role apprenticeships play in training skilled professionals and building brighter futures for our Electricians and industry. Shaping our future, one career fair at a time! ⭐️ The Enterprise Solutions team had the opportunity to participate in two engaging events. Students who visited our booths connected with our team, learned about the exciting projects we’re involved in, and discovered opportunities for internships and career pathways. A big thank you to University of Tennessee, Knoxville's Construction Science Career Fair and Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU)'s School of Concrete and Construction Management Fall Networking Event for hosting us! Special thanks to Taylor Hackett and Carson Meloan for representing us at MTSU, and to Caroline Sherry and Austin Kirby for leading the way at UTK!

Hurricane Helene recently struck the Southeast leaving a lasting impact, particularly across the mountain areas of North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. In response, several of our dedicated Enterprise Solutions crews were deployed to help restore power and assisted by unloading water and supplies to the communities impacted. We helped restore critical electricity for five hospitals and six hotels housing nurses being transported to #Asheville, Marion, Blue Ridge, and Highlands—covering nearly 150 miles.   Our thoughts are with these communities during this challenging time. Enterprise was honored to once again participate in this year's American Heart Association's #NashHeartWalk at Geodis Park. Most everyone has a connection to heart disease or stroke in their lives. That's why this event is more than just a walk. It's a chance to improve our own hearts and mental health, all while supporting aid for millions of Americans. Every year our team is proud to get together and support this life-saving mission! ❤️

That’s a wrap on our 2024 Seminar! 🙌   Earlier this month, we had the privilege of gathering over 160 leaders in Nashville to reflect on our successes over the past 2 years and look toward the future. From showcasing our latest projects to reinforcing our commitment to safety, compliance, and our core values, the event combined our history of success and continued dedication to innovation and growth.   We also had a blast with mental strength training, custom boot branding, team giveaways, and enjoying some of Nashville’s local eats!   This event celebrated our incredible team members who make Enterprise thrive! 💪✨

Today, we pause to honor the memory of those tragically lost in the terror attacks on New York City, Washington, D.C., and the heroes on the United Airlines Flight 93. We will never forget the courage of ordinary citizens and first responders who selflessly rushed toward danger to save others.
