Congratulations to our client in Wellington, who received their Passive House Certification on this ambitious project. Featuring Neuffer windows & doors from Germany, with a super low air-tightness test: "The Neuffer Plano Wood Aluminium composite windows and doors for the house were of exceptional quality and finish. The builders also commented on the ease of installation, which was done from the inside, which would have been very difficult to do from the outside (like other NZ windows) due to access issues on the north side of the house on a very tricky site. We were very satisfied with the finished product, and they helped the house achieved a final airtightness of 0.2 air changes per hour (well under the strict limit of 0.60 at 50 Pascals), and the house was fully Certified as a Passive House in late 2023."
