All smiles at Enzo HQ as we head into the depths of winter. A productive start to November already, which will set us up for 2025. - Workwear landed ✅ - New starters onboarded ✅ - New referrer meetings booked ✅ Something that is spoken about a fair amount on this platform but we never see in practice is office contact time. Daniel Brodie and Kara Evans have a decent commute to the office, but there is no expectation to be on and working from 9-5. The expectation is excellent service and happy clients. Pure and simple. This means they can spend time at home relaxing, working out or answering emails in the morning before coming in to the office. It also means that Hayley Sharma & Ajay Sharma can spend time with their children before dropping them at nursery. When we get to the office, sometimes we have Friends on the TV, Brooklyn 99 or like today, CAMELPHAT’s opening set at Pacha 2024. All small things that allow us to work effectively and produce results. Proof in the pudding is that we recently heard from a referrer who advised that a client had recently visited them purely to thank them for recommending us as we were “delightful and the best solicitors they have ever dealt with”. Not only are we good, but we are also quick. Some notable competitions this month are; - Leasehold purchase, 6 weeks from instruction - Freehold buy to let, 3 weeks from instruction - Company barn conversion purchase with a bridging finance, 4 weeks from instruction.
