As we step into 2025, we’re reflecting on the meaningful moments that closed out last year. At the end of December, we continued a cherished tradition: bringing care and joy to children - in 2024, again to Sarajevo in partnership with the Cantonal Centre for Social Work Sarajevo. 💙 Across our Krailling, Maisach, and Starnberg locations, our #EOS community came together to create gift packages for 127 children of different age groups. Filled with essentials and treats like chocolate and cocoa, we hoped these packages brought a little joy to their holiday season. 🎁🎄 As we look ahead to 2025, this effort reminds us of the impact we can make - not only through #innovation and #sustainability but through compassion and collaboration. Here’s to another year of purpose, progress, and meaningful connections. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! ✨ #NewYear2025

Meeting government emissions regulations for turbomachinery is no easy feat, especially when traditional manufacturing methods fall short. Doosan faced this challenge head-on with their combustor nozzle and pre-mixer, requiring a highly complex design that casting, molding, or CNC manufacturing couldn’t deliver cost-effectively. Turning to #additivemanufacturing, Doosan utilized the EOS M 400-4, along with our EOS MeltPool Monitoring and Exposure OT technologies, to produce these critical components. The results have been transformative: ✅ 50% reduction in lead time ✅ NOx emissions reduced to as low as 15 ppm ✅ CO emissions reduced to just 10 ppm ✅ 68% decrease in unmixed fuel levels By achieving these outcomes, Doosan ensures their gas turbines meet strict government emissions limits while reducing costs. At #EOS, we’re proud to support industry leaders like Doosan in pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with additive manufacturing - download the case study (link in the comments) to read all about it. At EOS, we value innovation and community, which is why we proudly supported our employee Marcel Bröker and former colleague Nick Loth on their incredible journey in the Dresden-Dakar-Banjul Rally. This 7,000 km adventure across seven countries was not just about the drive - it was about bringing the transformative power of #3Dprinting to new communities. At their final destination in Banjul, Marcel and Nick successfully launched a 3D printing lab at the Kobisala School. Partnering with the Dresden Banjul Organisation, this lab is now providing students with hands-on 3D printing experience, opening doors to new learning opportunities and skill development. Throughout the rally, #EOS contributed in meaningful ways, from donating IT equipment to local communities along the route to auctioning the rally car at the finish line to support local charities. This journey was a true testament to giving back and making a lasting impact. By championing #technology, #education, and #community impact across borders, we’ve shown that the #FutureIsAdditive.
