Cheers for the Mesa City Hall Grand Opening! We are very lucky and truly thankful to be part of the Mesa City Hall and Council Chambers project! What a memorable moment it is to stand here in front of the new Mesa City Hall Plaza to celebrate and mark this very special occasion! EPS Group collaborated with Adaptive Architects on the Mesa City Hall and Council Chambers project, providing landscape architecture, civil engineering, and survey design services. The new facility, located in downtown Mesa, offers a modern and engaging civic space that connects to the community through its design, incorporating natural materials, native plants, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Wildcat Hill: A Harmonious Blend of Nature and Development EPS Group is proud to have contributed to the Wildcat Hill development in North Scottsdale. This stunning 353-acre community, also known as Highpoint, prioritizes preserving the natural desert landscape. To ensure minimal environmental impact, our team, led by experienced lead modeler, Justin Beeler, utilized advanced hydrological modeling with FLO-2D. This powerful tool allowed us to accurately assess runoff conditions and design effective stormwater management systems. The In-line detention storage facilities located at roadway crossings allow for the capture of pollutants while helping to mitigate the post-development runoff to pre-development conditions. Contact our Water Resources and Utility Engineering team to learn how we can help you achieve your project goals while preserving the environment.

EPS Group Tucson Office performed surveying and engineering services for this 8-acre site at the corner of Thornydale Road and Cortaro Farms Road. Construction is underway for mixed land use, including three commercial lots and 64 residential lots surrounded by 45 acres of natural open space in Pima County, AZ. A flood wall was designed along the natural wash to protect the new homes from potential erosion and new driveways, turn-lanes, and medians designed within Pima County’s right-of-way to provide safe access. Stop by and get your car washed at Mister Car Wash, and more is on the way!
