This year’s presidential election takes place against a backdrop of escalating attacks on racial equity and the communities it serves. Banned books, attacks on critical race theory, the overturning of Roe vs. Wade, the dismantling of Affirmative Action, attacks on gender-affirming care and on trans and non-binary folks—all of these interconnected attacks have caused deep harm to communities most impacted by systems of oppression and racism. Our next #RaceAnd conversation will explore the path forward for racial justice.
