We’re thrilled to announce Jim Letourneau’s promotion to Senior Project Manager! Jim has been with ESI for 24 years, he joined our team back in 2001 as a Sheet Metal Apprentice. In 2005, he earned his license and quickly advanced to running work as a Sheet Metal Foreman. In 2012, he took on a new challenge and transitioned to a Project Manager, where his leadership and expertise have been invaluable. Hello, LinkedIn community! Here’s an update on my studies in the past 4 months: This fall, I was able to start my second co-op term with Environmental Systems, Inc. ! I was so incredibly grateful to be given the opportunity to rejoin such a talented, knowledgeable, and amicable group of individuals- which I know as their Engineering Department. From job sites to team outings, the work dynamic is that of a well oiled machine, or rather a nice VRF system. Saying goodbyes the second time was not easier! I am thankful for the knowledge I received and workplace relationships built along the way, and I see great opportunities with you in the future. Now, it’s time to start my final undergraduate year! We’re excited to share our latest project with New England Truck Solutions on their brand-new facility and spray booth! Our Electrical team installed a new 400-amp service, complete lighting system, and a fire alarm system to ensure safety and efficiency for their growing operations. Additionally, our HVAC team provided a comprehensive system including gas detection, exhaust ventilation, and air purification to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment. This year marks 10 incredible years with two of our outstanding team members, Ryan Kazijian, Senior Mechanical Engineer and Dan Fiola, Mechanical System Specialist! Ryan began his time at ESI as an entry-level engineer fresh out of college, with prior experience as a residential HVAC installer and technician. In 2018 he earned his Professional Engineering license, and later advanced to Senior Mechanical Engineer in 2020. He now designs complex mechanical systems while collaborating directly with clients to create tailored solutions. Dan joined us in 2014, starting in the startup department’s controls division as an assistant. Over the years, Dan has taken on pivotal roles, including Field Technician Coordinator for six years. Today, he assists in running the VRF department, serves as a Standalone Controls Designer, and provides Mechanical Technical Assistance.
