🌟 2024: A Year of Growth, Challenges, and Gratitude 🌟 As the year comes to a close, I’m filled with gratitude reflecting on my first full year as the proud principal of Essential Pain Solutions and as a part of the incredible IVP Group. 2024 was not without its challenges, but it was through those challenges that I gained invaluable lessons. From collaborating closely with our providers to helping countless patients, this year has reinforced why I love what I do and why I’m so passionate about this field. I’m deeply grateful to work alongside such talented professionals, including my business partners and our leaders, Jamie Tipton , John Reed & Dylan Tipton Together, we’ve made an impact on the lives of patients while growing stronger as a team. Today marks six months since I embarked on the journey of running Essential Pain Solutions.This milestone is a perfect moment to reflect on the invaluable lessons I've learned along the way. I’ve learned the vital importance of: - Discipline - Commitment - Being coachable - And most importantly, staying true to my 'why.' What’s my why? Why am I doing this? A text message this morning reminded me of one compelling reason that drives me daily: outcomes. I received a message from a physician stating that our patient had zero pain at their follow up. This patient had 100% pain relief through one of our therapies. Such outcomes aren’t always the norm in pain management, but that message reaffirmed that all the preparation, education, and planning behind each procedure are worth it for such remarkable patient outcomes. One day, I’ll share the full story behind Essential Pain Solutions ‘why.' For now, know that my goal for EPS goes beyond personal growth and achievements. It’s about making a real difference and creating a unique company that stands out in its mission and impact. In these six months, I've also discovered the immense value of learning from others. I am deeply grateful for everyone who has lent a hand, trusted me, offered advice, and supported me when the path was unclear. The partnerships forged and strengthened so far are truly invaluable.
