“Innovation” as Strategic Interest Group (SIG) of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) explores and develops a deep understanding of the innovation frontier. Our aim is to create an open community of academics, practitioners, entrepreneurs and policy makers who care about the creation, development and implementation of innovations in organizations and markets. Early career scholars and managers with an interest in the field are equally welcome to join our activities, projects and conversations. We're thrilled to announce the conference track "T01_09 / T06_09 – Innovating Pedagogy for Future Challenges in Management Education" co-sponsored by B4S and INNO SIGs for the EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT conference in Florence (22-25 June, 2025). This track is a call to educators and leaders in management education to explore groundbreaking teaching methodologies designed to prepare future leaders for complex, real-world scenarios. 🎨📚 We encourage contributions that: 🔹 Explore diverse and arts-based pedagogies 🔹 Integrate digital innovations into learning 🔹 Address contemporary issues within curricula, like sustainability and ethical leadership 🔹 Highlight new teaching strategies that enhance futures literacy and adaptability This conference track explores the innovation of teaching methods in management education, preparing leaders to tackle complex scenarios. We welcome discussions on diverse pedagogies, including arts-based methods and digital innovations, transcending traditional focuses to include issues like sustainability. Contributions can address new teaching strategies, integration of contemporary issues into curricula, and fostering ethical leadership.
