Check out Alkali Earth's feature in Marketplace! This Midwest-based startup is using steel slag to permanently remove CO₂ through enhanced mineralization. By accelerating the natural processes that the Earth uses, they are able to remove excess carbon dioxide. Co-founder Sean McCauley shares that so far they've removed at least 100 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere and hope to remove over 1,000 tons by the time the process is complete!
