  • We’re excited to announce that the Indeed Tower Tenant Improvement project in Austin, Texas, has won the Best Interior/Tenant Improvement of 2024 by ENR Texas & Louisiana! EIG is proud to have contributed by designing and installing the ten-level electrical, lighting, and telecommunications scopes. By working closely with the architect, engineer, general contractor, and client, we collectively created a space that blends functionality with beautiful design. Key highlights of our involvement included: ▪️ Lighting Solutions & Controls: Design and install of a 40-foot linear fixture extending 30 feet up a reception wall and precision-controlled mezzanine lighting.  ▪️ On-Site Prefabrication: Prefabricating all conduit racks, in-wall and overhead pathways, cable trays, and light fixture supports allowed real-time adjustments, such as modifying conduit elevations, to avoid conflicts, save time, and minimize delays. 📹 Check out EIG's latest video featuring Indeed Tower TI below! 🔗 Read more on the 2024 Texas & Louisiana Best Interior/Tenant Improvement Award: https://lnkd.in/dMaR5Uys
