Our new Evermore Construction office building has been kickin’ it in all her glory, as she has been finished for some time now, but every contractor worth their salt knows, their projects always take a backseat to those of their clients—even when it comes to showing off the final product it would seem. The exterior was inspired by architecture that captivated us throughout our adventuring in Sedona, Arizona & Balzer & Associates, a Westwood company truly brought our vision on the exterior design to life. The interior of the Evermore suite was overseen by Leyna Campbell | Interiors & Design, outfitted in an eclectic modern-rustic design, alongside some personal touches; fun always afforded among the details between. The buildings right suite is occupied by the most delightful resident, Davenport & Company LLC, whose design was outfitted to their company’s distinct & attractive aesthetics. Coming in 2025, there will be a second structure, that will sit directly behind our flagship structure, similar (yet individualized) in exterior design. The space can accommodate one large tenant or two, depending. The interior is largely up to every tenants imagination, but if you need a hand, we know some people too 😉.

This residential project is as massive as she is breathtaking, even at this stage! We’re so excited to layer on all her infinite details 💙

What a beautiful transformation this space went through! Mantra Beauty Spa was a design that had significant detailing & enormous, yet often subtle customization throughout. We are so grateful for The Community Foundation of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County & leading such a large, insanely intricate (you all are AH-mazing!) & vastly important fundraiser to support & often elevate the impact/good/reach our local nonprofits have! We’re excited to participate for yet another year!

This home is a wonderful testament to this particular couples 'tried and true' favorites, as her details are a beautiful collection of finishes and stylings they carefully chose based on the things they loved from all their past homes combined! From the harmonious use of several striking granite finishes used in tandem with one another to the memorizing luster created as the lighting reflects off the glass kitchen tiles; the atmosphere is as comfortable as she is eye-catching. We want to wish this especially lovely couple many happy years within this remarkable home!

It took all hands on deck to transform this space (or roughly 90% of it) within a week! It was such a fun reveal as Dr. Giardina refrained from peeking at our client portal & the daily posted photo log we use, so not only do we stay organized as a team, but our clients can also track progress in real time from afar. Nestled safely within the center of her culdesac, this beautiful home surely makes an on-trend statement! This home is a wonderful example of ‘Classic Modern Farmhouse’, where you tend to see lighter rustic wood elements (peep her flooring!!) against neutral tones versus the darker tones + more complementary colors that are often found in modern farmhouses. The neutrals of this home are anything but passive though! With glossy white sheens, on-trend tile patterns, modern marbling accents & perfectly contrasting quartz veining—they set a vibe all their own. The layered brushed gold hardware + light fixtures throughout the home are certainly the chefs kiss!
