    I just analyzed 1012 RFPs we processed between July'24 and early Dec'24. Here's what I found about the "buying patterns" of our clients: The Traditional Approach (That's Dying): - Single channel outreach - Generic industry targeting - Random job level focus - Basic email sequences The New Reality (That's Seen a Huge Uptick): - Hybrid channel orchestration (Email + Tele + Digital) - Power Trio targeting (IT + Finance + Ops) - C-Suite to Director level precision - Double-touch engagement model Most interesting finding: While everyone's pushing complex multi-touch campaigns, the data shows simpler, well-targeted double-touch campaigns often perform better. Geography still matters: → North America and EMEA lead in response rates → But only when campaigns are geo-customized Key takeaway: Smarter targeting > More touches.
