    It's a snowy day in Indiana, the perfect day to work on an upcoming client session on scaling people and culture for growth. The key to successfully scaling is having a solid people and culture foundation. My team and I often get called in to assist after the tipping point has come and chaos is knocking at the door. Here are a few areas we often advise and work with our clients on. ✅ Cultivate a Growth-Minded Culture Ensure a growth mindset is part of your company’s DNA. Break down self-limiting organizational fences by encouraging blue-sky ideas, experimentation, exploring those what-if possibilities, and embracing the wisdom and learning that come with failure. ✅ Prioritize Development & Coaching Leaders aren’t just born; they’re created. Invest in learning that goes beyond the leadership basics or the ambiguity associated with the word culture. Build leaders who understand business operations, can activate strategy into execution, build/rebuild processes, and have the ability to inspire, influence, and lead others during times of change and chaos.  ✅ Hire for Fit and Potential Skills are teachable, but values are more intrinsic. Find people who align with your values and can navigate ambiguity, learn, and grow into current and future roles. ✅ Invest in Development Your team’s growth mirrors your business's growth potential.
