The unemployment rate for autistic adults is 85%, with and without a college degree. Over the past two years, we've run a successful pilot program focused on hiring autistic individuals for work-from-home positions. This year we are expanding our initiative to the public by offering free social life development programs and paid work-from-home opportunities for autistic adults.
