The EZ Story: Inspired by the frustration of managing our class schedules as students at Marist College—and waiting days or even weeks to get our final work schedules—myself, Victor Adaun and Michael Fridkin began conceptualizing a software solution. After speaking with Kathleen LaBarbera about her struggles creating student-worker schedules, we knew there had to be a better way for both managers and employees to effortlessly create, manage, and track schedules and shifts, communicate with teams, and measure productivity—all from a single dashboard. Though Mike, my brother and friend, has moved on to other great projects, I’ve teamed up with Dumebi Akukwe and remained under the gudiance of James Arama to continue driving this solution forward. EZ Scheduler is designed to simplify and streamline scheduling and performance management for managers across industries—hospitals, colleges, restaurants, small businesses, enterprises—so they can focus on what truly matters: boosting productivity and growth.
