Today we celebrated two years of the F3 Initiative at our All Partner Luncheon! Hosted by the Central Valley Community Foundation at The Vineyard Restaurant in Madera, partners gathered from across the region, including from all three gears - F3 AgTEC Workforce, F3 Innovate, and F3Local - to celebrate this milestone and the collective impact we've made. We were reminded that strategies to change complex systems can be messy and include setbacks, but we also acknowledged the personal and professional achievements that come with this type of hard, meaningful work. We toasted to two years of F3, and also looked ahead to the next year with hope and excitement. Thanks to all who attended, and to all who have rolled up their sleeves with us as we set out to prioritize our Valley, our farmworkers, and our agriculture industry that feeds the nation. Cheers! #F3Initiative #FarmsFoodFuture #2YearCelebration #F3Local #F3Innovate #F3AgTEC ¡Hoy celebramos dos años de la Iniciativa F3 en nuestro almuerzo para todos los socios! This was a great event focused on #AgTech solutions addressing labor challenges in California agriculture. The F3Local team was at the Kearney Agricultural Research and Extension Center for the Connect Field Day with The VINE, Farmhand Ventures, and UCANR. Featuring live demonstrations of technologies such as robotics for crop transport, AI-powered farm monitoring, and precision harvesting robots. This was an opportunity to learn more about practical tools designed to improve efficiency in agricultural operations. 🚜AMOS Power featured a fully electric autonomous tractor with a compact size built for vineyards. 🍇Gather.ag, based in #Merced, demoed their Gather Rover, built to assist in-row crop transportation on table grape farms and minimize or eliminate the use of hauling with a wheelbarrow. 📍RapidAIM Pty Ltd demoed real-time pest detection systems to help farmers protect crops and reduce the need for pesticides, with systems built for almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and sweet corn. 🧠 After the Field Day, F3 partners and stakeholders gathered to discuss how to be in partnership and better connect on shared work. If you missed the event, feel free to reach out for more information!
