Had the opportunity to be January’s guest speaker for FABRIC Incubator ‘s ‘Behind The Seams’ industry insider event! I was able to talk about my journey in fashion as a self taught fashion brand owner. For those that don’t know, FABRIC was my college internship and my first job in Arizona. Being able to speak at this event was such an honor and truly a full circle moment for me! Ps. Someone came wearing the latest Alexandre Denim release😎🔥 #keynotespeaker #guestspeaker #denim #fashion

Do you know about the amazing work that FABRIC Incubator (Tempe, Arizona) is doing? Their top-of-the-line approach to production & training is incredible, and they do amazing things for the field of sustainable production! Getting to work with Angela Johnson and Sherri Barry during my time at ISAIC was incredible, and I'd highly recommend that you follow them and if you're able, support the work they do - they are seeking new sponsorships, and it might be a perfect opportunity for partnership for someone looking for innovative production. Thank you for all you, FABRIC Incubator!

Sustainable Fashion Matriarch Empowering Apparel Entrepreneurs with a ROADMAP and Innovative Small Batch Domestic Manufacturing

Another day, another article about FABRIC, right? It’s hard to believe, but since 2016, we’ve been featured in over 160 publications and shows. From glowing write-ups to features in the news, and even a visit from the White House, FABRIC has received so much recognition for our work in sustainability, innovation, and empowering underprivileged entrepreneurs. And yet, here’s the crazy part: despite all this attention, we still haven’t cracked the code on turning that visibility into the financial support we need to sustain our mission. In March 2025, we’ll lose our event space, which has been a crucial revenue stream for us. We need to replace it with sponsorships, partnerships, and grants—but those just aren’t our strengths. What we do know how to do is empower entrepreneurs, create impactful programs, and shine a light on Arizona as a viable option for an innovative and sustainable alternative to fast fashion. We’ve built so many amazing opportunities for corporations to partner with us and get incredible exposure in return: 🔹 Eco Fashion Week sponsorship – $10,000. 🔹 Industrial Sewing Certification Program sponsorship – $10,000 to train underprivileged people and connect them to jobs. 🔹 Apparel Production Management Class sponsorship – $2,500 to enable five entrepreneurs to take this class for free. 🔹 Title sponsorship – $250,000/year with naming rights (think “FABRIC presented by [Your Name Here]” on the building and in all the digital marketing and in all that press). There’s a level for every budget, and we know these partnerships could be game-changing for the right corporation. But we’re struggling to get in front of decision-makers who would see the value in aligning with FABRIC’s mission. If you’ve got experience securing corporate sponsorships or connections with companies that care about sustainability, innovation, or supporting entrepreneurs, I would love to hear from you. Whether it’s advice, introductions, or just sharing this post, your help could make all the difference. And here's our sponsorship deck to share: https://lnkd.in/g7TFaigx We’re so grateful for the support we’ve already received from this incredible community. Let’s work together to ensure FABRIC keeps making an impact for years to come. Thank you for reading, sharing, and caring. 💛

Sustainable Fashion Matriarch Empowering Apparel Entrepreneurs with a ROADMAP and Innovative Small Batch Domestic Manufacturing

Just wrapped up an amazing weekend teaching the 2-Day Apparel Production Management course at FABRIC Incubator to an inspiring group of talented and passionate apparel entrepreneurs! 🎉 Watching them dive into the process of managing their sewn products through development and manufacturing was incredible. They gained the tools to save money by handling production management themselves while on tight startup budgets—an invaluable skill for any new brand. One of the highlights? Seeing their faces light up as their completion certificates were printed LIVE in front of them on our sustainable roll-to-roll fabric printer! 🌿 These unique certificates, made from deadstock material, not only demonstrated how the printer works but also served as a fun and meaningful takeaway. It’s always a privilege to share knowledge and help empower the next generation of apparel innovators. Can’t wait to see what they create next! 💡✨ #ApparelProduction #Sustainability #FashionEntrepreneurs
