Fairbanks Scales @FairbanksScales is happy to announce that Tom Hardaway has been promoted to Oklahoma City Area Service Manager. Tom started with Fairbanks as a Field Service Technician in the Oklahoma City Service Center on May 22, 2006. Tom was promoted to Lead Service Technician for OKC in 2008. In 2015, he moved into the role of Regional Field Tech Specialist training technicians on Fairbanks equipment and assisting in the field on complex installations. Tom brings a wealth of weighing industry application and Fairbanks equipment knowledge to his new position. Tom’s impact on field training will undoubtedly be missed, but the Oklahoma City Service Center will benefit from his direction. He will be working with an excellent group of service technicians and robust customer base in Oklahoma City. #Congratulations, Tom!
