As we work toward advancing the goals of our strategic plan, we're excited to improve our organizational infrastructure and approach to family engagement. With support from the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, we are making enhancements to the Family Engagement in Systems Assessment Tools, improving our family engagement training and technical assistance, evaluating our organizational impact, and making public policy changes. We're excited about the impact that this will have on our field and on the lives of children and families! familyvoices.org/fesat

Family Voices is helping to chart the path for co-creation with families to guide the ECDHS: Evidence to Impact Center work in changing early childhood systems. Our "north star" is that families from diverse backgrounds are involved in all parts of the work, from start to finish, as the key to true co-creation. Families are more than participants and are equal partners who "have a seat at the table".
