Tiffany Wright our incredible Director of Community Management, has been featured in Harlem World Magazine! Tiffany’s journey from an athletic trainer to a key figure in transforming public housing communities is nothing short of inspiring. Growing up surrounded by sports, Tiffany initially pursued a career in sports medicine. However, her passion for helping others led her to property management, where she has spent over 20 years making a difference. In her leadership role at Faria Management NYC, she has complimented Dantes Partners development efforts to preserve 558 residential units in Harlem. Our partnership with the NYCHA PACT program has brought about significant improvements for residents at ABM, and Tiffany and her team are focused on ensuring the residents have a great experience. As we commemorate Women’s History Month, we take immense pride in honoring the outstanding women in the Dumas Collective who contribute to the success and vibrancy of Faria Management. Today, we shine a spotlight on two remarkable individuals who embody leadership, innovation, and empowerment: Alexis King, Senior Community Manager, and Toekeshea Manuel, Director of Community Management. Alexis brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Senior Community Manager, having been with Faria for four years. Her journey in the property management industry began at a young age through a summer internship with City Gate, igniting her passion for serving communities. Alexis’ entrepreneurial spirit shines through her accomplishments, from starting her first business at the age of eight to owning an event planning company and using her entrepreneurial spirit at Faria Management. Toekeshea has been a valued member of the Faria team for a little over a year and a half. Beyond her role as Director of Community, Toekeshea is a freight broker and the proud owner of Tawfeeq Transportation.
