Prior to joining our cooperative, he gained six years of experience in the finance industry while working for two credit unions. While there, he served as a teller and worked in other support roles. Meet Garrett! Garrett joined our operations team this year as an operations support specialist. Regarding his role, Garrett shared, "I enjoy the opportunity to examine a problem from multiple perspectives." Outside of work, Garrett enjoys exploring his hobbies, which include traditional archery and playing the guitar, although he says he has a bad habit of trying out new hobbies and ditching old ones, so he may be on to something new! She grew up on a beef cattle and grain farm in Illinois. Our co-op recently donated supplies and made a $5,000 contribution to Wellspring of Greenbrier, a nonprofit based in Rupert, WV. Wellspring of Greenbrier provides food, clothing and other life essentials to disadvantaged, unhoused and transient populations in southern West Virginia. We chose to support the organization as a part of our recent company-wide "All Hands" meeting in which team members donated and packaged cleaning supplies, hygiene products and food items.
