APP + PODCAST + CONFERENCE SERIES FOR WOMEN.

About us

Fierce Lab is an app + podcast + event series for the modern woman. It’s a space to focus on her whole self – from mental health, to career development, to financial intelligence. To be fierce is to be confident, capable, and strong – and we’re here for it. Fierce Lab launched with a live event in Dallas, Texas in 2019. Since that time it has expanded to a successful podcast as well as a corporate conference series offering inspiration, tools, and community through speakers, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities. New innovations, including virtual half and full-day programming, were introduced in 2020. Fierce Lab is where exploration is encouraged and discovery is celebrated. After all, no one has it all figured out but together we can step fiercely into what’s next. Powered by the Tara Wilson Agency.

Women now make up 50.7% of the U.S. college-educated workforce, and they’re entering a job market that challenges them to be heard, seen, and valued. 😡    I could feel the nervous energy of our future ladybosses when I was speaking at Tara Meadors Wilson’s amazing event the Fierce Lab the other week at The University of Texas at Austin. This is a community focused on giving women the tools, mentorship, and confidence to “own the future” and there’s a lot of interesting energy from the ladies.     We tackled everything from how to show up stronger in interviews and how to figure out what they want to do in life when they have a lot of different interests.     My best advice to them was 💜 that you don’t need to have it all figured out! I’m still figuring it out – we all are – that's the secret we all keep from the younger gen. We look like we have it all figured out perfectly when really, we’re all just on a windy road called life and taking it as it comes!     The day reminded me to continue giving myself permission to learn and grow. And always, believe in yourself as you take those first steps into the professional world.    Shoutout to my fellow bad ass ladybosses Emily Reagan , Sierra Hack, MBA , Jennifer Newell , Valerie Schmitt , Savannah Sullivan, and Heidi Simmons. And to Texas Exes Sara Light for the referral, you’re the best!    These are the moments where I see just how much passion and potential we’re passing to the next generation. To every young woman there—believe me when I say, your story, your presence, and your drive matter. 💥    #OwnTheFuture #FierceLab #WomenInLeadership #UTAustin #WomenInBusiness #CareerAdvice #WomenEmpoweringWomen #PersonalBranding #LinkedIn #StandOutAuthority
