Just wrapped up an amazing LEGO Serious Play workshop with the fantastic team at Malt from all over Europe! The energy was contagious, and it was incredible to see how a handful of LEGO bricks turned ideas into stories, solutions, and a lot of aha! moments. We dove into the unique roles everyone plays and uncovered surprising overlaps across functions. The idea of building bridges both as a metaphor and a necessity kept popping up, reminding us just how crucial it is to connect, collaborate, and create together. We focused on how to make every interaction count, using practical, game-changing techniques to get the most out of each conversation. From mastering the 5-Question Process for intentional, results-driven communication to the LAURA approach for empathy that de-escalates even the trickiest situations—these participants now have the tools to make a real impact! And the best part? We brought out the LEGO bricks! Each participant designed creative, visual models of their customer management strategies.
