🌟 Thank you, Jimmy! On this National Day of Mourning for President Carter, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for legalizing homebrewing in 1979. When manufacturing, selling, and transporting alcohol was banned in the US in 1919, this included making beer at home. Yet when Prohibition was repealed in 1933, the legislation didn't include homebrewing! The return to small batch brewing in the late 1970s led to a resurgence of the hobby, and over time, blossomed into the craft brewing community we're a part of today. While homebrewing isn't the conduit for everyone working in and enjoying beer, it was the origins of Fireforge. We're grateful for each day we get to do this and don't take it for granted. Fireforge is a family-owned, small-batch craft brewery and kitchen with a cozy warehouse taproom and biergarden in downtown Greenville. Driven to create with passion and serve with enthusiasm, we're on a quest to deliver the greatest beer and food-centered experience to each guest. We serve house-made beers and cocktail-inspired hard seltzers, family-owned vineyard wines, regional cider and mead, and non-alcoholic options. Under the leadership of Chef Alex Morgan, our Fireforge kitchen creates locally-sourced, seasonally-inspired, house-made shareable snacks and sandwiches. Custom catering and unique spaces are available for group events. Enjoy weekly acoustic/bluegrass jams, jazz jams, game nights, live music and special event weekends throughout the year, like Gasparilla, Polish Fest and Oktoberfest, as well as other community-focused gatherings.

In honor of International Women’s Day today, we wanted to highlight some of our teammates who are not only gal bosses, but are also complete badasses. #IWD2024 Nicole Zokan Cendrowski is a co-owner and the chief marketing officer of the award winning Fireforge Crafted Beer in beautiful downtown Greenville, South Carolina. If you tried to list her professional accolades, you might run into a character limit. Needless to say, she’s a gifted sales and marketing professional, as well as consultant, and coach. If you’ve ever been around Nicole, she might be the one of the raddest people you’ll ever met with an unmatched energy and zest for life. It’s any wonder that the brewery’s credo is to “Create with passion [and] serve with enthusiasm.” If you’ve seen the brewery’s social media or have visited their taproom, her intentionality on design and style decisions is second to none.
