  • We found a honey-processed Sumatran coffee and fell in love! Gayo Honey has a really special taste profile consisting of sweet lemon and delicate floral notes. Instead of the typical Sumatran “earthy” taste, we found a well-balanced but complex mix of flavors more akin to a cocktail.
