  • After four years of leadership, Derek Higginbotham stepped down last week as President and CEO of First Electronic Bank. Under Derek’s visionary guidance, FEB has grown from a small $20mm bank to a $420mm bank serving thousands of small businesses and millions of individual customers. Derek’s legacy includes transforming our product portfolio, expanding into new partnerships, and fostering an innovative culture that has made us one of Utah’s "Top Workplaces” for two consecutive years. More importantly, he has been an inspiring leader to countless employees and a steadfast champion of our core values. While we will miss his daily presence, Derek has built a strong foundation and leadership team that will continue driving our mission forward. Please join us in thanking Derek for his extraordinary contributions and wishing him the very best in his future endeavors.
