Founded in 1972, FleischmanGarciaMaslowski Architecture Planning and Interiors spent the last five decades earning an enviable reputation for creating and delivering superior architecture, planning and interior design services. We build environments where people live, learn, work, heal, worship, and play. Our philosophy is about doing the right thing. We foster relationships with our clients, consultants and contractors based on respect and trust while bringing passion, energy, and creativity to every project. Leading the way with technology and sustainability, our team has developed a deep respect for the past. We are a diverse group of individuals united by a commitment to excellence and giving back to the communities we serve. In 1994, the firm opened a branch office in Safety Harbor to serve our Pinellas and Pasco clients. In May of 2004, an additional satellite office was opened in Sarasota. The firm employs a staff of 32 talented individuals, including 8 registered architects, three LEED Accredited Professionals and four licensed designers. FleischmanGarciaMaslowski Architecture Planning and Interior Design has earned its reputation for design excellence by repeatedly proving that award-winning design can be delivered within budget and on time.
