Last week, our South Florida team participated in the Miami HEAT's 33rd annual Thanksgiving celebration, presented by Florida Blue. Our local leaders joined HEAT players and coaching staff to distribute approximately 600 Thanksgiving baskets to underserved families and provide hot meals to 450 residents of The Caring Place @Miami Rescue Mission @Broward Outreach Centers. We have worked with the HEAT on their annual Thanksgiving celebration for years, providing Thanksgiving baskets and hot meals to close to 1,000 people every year, serving shoulder to shoulder with their players and leadership team. As the “Official Community Partner” of the Miami HEAT for the last two decades, we have partnered with them on a host of initiatives, from swim safety, scholarships, and after-school programs, to education, mentoring, health and fitness, and other community impact and empowerment efforts. #Floridablue #Community #Thanksgiving
