Meet Jon: The Force Behind FloWater's Service Excellence 🔧 The secret to keeping Refill Stations running seamlessly across America? This guy. When he's not coordinating our nationwide network of technicians, you'll find Jon hitting the trails in his beloved Jeep or manning the grill with his family. As our third-party service manager, he's the connection point between our skilled tech teams and customers, ensuring seamless service and support across the country. Jon makes sure every FloWater installation runs like clockwork. What makes Jon tick? The people and purpose at FloWater. His proudest moment came in December 2024, when the team showed their true grit. As Jon puts it, "I really got to see what I was capable of and what everyone else was too! We can bend but we didn't BREAK!" We're happy to announce Jon as our 2024 Hydrus Award winner. This recognition celebrates team members who embody FloWater's values and go the extra mile. And trust us—when Jon's not planning his "one last ride" in that Jeep of his, he's definitely going the extra mile for clean water. Thank you, Jon, for being the backbone of our service team and bringing your passion to work every day! #FloWater #CompanyCulture #DrinkFloWater

Cody Two Bears, an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and the youngest elected tribal council member in the tribe’s history at age 26, is dedicated to creating lasting change for his community. As the Founder and Executive Director of Indigenized Energy, Cody is helping tribes develop long-term energy plans and transition to renewable energy, all while advocating for water and energy sovereignty to improve the health and well-being of Indigenous people. After learning about the urgent need for clean water access in the Standing Rock community, we partnered with Cody to provide FloWater Refill Stations where they were needed most. Seeing the realities of water quality challenges firsthand was eye-opening, and it made clear the importance of supporting communities like Standing Rock in their efforts to improve health. We’re humbled to work alongside Cody and his community, combining efforts to support a shared vision of clean water for a stronger future. Cody joined us at our Denver Headquarters and sat down for a conversation with FloWater CEO and Co-founder “Raz” (Rich) Razgaitis.

Today was one of those days that hit differently—in the best way possible. Recently, we asked our customers to share their experiences by leaving Google reviews. While I was out in the field today, I noticed the reviews starting to come in. Later, I finally got a moment to sit down and read them, and with every review, my smile just kept growing… until I reached the last one. The first review submitted this morning was from the Bedford Fire Department, and it stirred up some very deep emotions. This one hit differently because it’s more than a review—it’s a reflection of how FloWater is making a real, tangible difference in the lives of people who serve our communities every single day. Might have to take an early weekend, Tina Swanson & “Raz” (Rich) Razgaitis—because this one got me choked up about the difference we are making. But you better believe I’ll be back on Monday, more motivated than ever to bring the world’s BEST water to as many people as possible—emergency services, hospitals, corporations committed to sustainability, wellness, and beyond. Let’s keep making an impact, one refill at a time💧 #DrinkFloWater #FloWaterImpact #SustainabilityAndWellness

We believe every child deserves access to safe, clean drinking water—no exceptions. That’s why we are honored to join forces with Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, and the TomKat Foundation to transform access to clean drinking water for 34,000 students in Oakland Unified School District (OUSD). This isn’t just about water. It’s about equity, opportunity, and creating a foundation for brighter futures. By installing FloWater Refill Stations in 60 schools, we’re helping ensure that every student can hydrate without worry, focus on learning, and thrive in a healthier environment. This initiative is proof of what’s possible when passionate partners come together to create meaningful change. To our incredible collaborators and the OUSD community: thank you for trusting us to be a part of this. This is how we build a better tomorrow. https://lnkd.in/gHn2DRdf

Since last September, Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation has taken action to ensure students across Oakland Unified School District have easy access to clean drinking water, following lead contamination discovery at numerous OUSD schools. In partnership with Kaiser Permanente and TomKat Foundation, we have funded the installation of FloWater filtration stations across 60 elementary, middle, and high schools, providing OUSD’s 34,000 students with safer, highly-filtered drinking water. This initiative is a critical and immediate first step toward addressing the issue. It represents the beginning of the work needed to ensure a comprehensive, long-term solution for clean water access in OUSD schools. "At Eat. Learn. Play., our mission is to ensure that every Oakland student has the resources and support they need to reach their full potential, and access to clean water is a fundamental part of that. Every child deserves access to clean water—it’s a basic necessity and a non-negotiable priority for us. They need clean water now, and we're committed to making that happen."—Christopher Helfrich, CEO, Eat. Learn. Play.

As part of our #FloWaterUnwrapped campaign, we stopped by a 4th-grade classroom in Houston, TX and asked a big question: What does a billion bottles look like? They nailed it. These 4th graders aren't just imagining our milestone; they're challenging us to double it. Thanks to BE A CHAMPION, INC. for your help in furthering our mission to bring clean water to kids.
