Flyboyheadwear.com is the only site with caps designed by Pilots, for Pilots. 10 years ago, our customers asked us at NBAA to come up with a cap without the button so wearing headsets was possible without button pain or having to yank that button off with your handy Leatherman! Our caps are designed with a “comfort patch” so the Pilot headset will fit on the cap smooth across the entire top. We feature both helicopter and aircraft symbols. If you are ordering over 144 units, we can even help you create your own patch design along with all the features you may want in your cap. Want a custom trim? No problem. Metal closure with logo? Yep, we can do that too!
