Who's someone that keeps our events on track and running smoothly? Meet Jacob Kennedy, one of our Partners at the company, and a Senior Project Manager here at FOH. Jake's journey with FOH Productions began years ago, thanks to an introduction from Austin Engstrom, and he's been an integral part of the team ever since. His time serving in the United States Army not only instilled military-grade discipline but also sharpened his mechanical skills—qualities that have shaped the way he approaches every project with care and precision. Starting out at Roadcase.com, Jake has worn many hats over the years, including warehouse manager, master electrician, and lighting designer. Now, as a Partner and Senior Project Manager, he's known for staying calm under pressure and finding practical, creative solutions to keep things moving forward. We had an awesome time hosting ROE Visual Academy 2024 at our warehouse a couple weeks ago! Big thanks to the ROE Visual team for sharing their expertise, and to Adam Murphy for guiding us through the training. Our team tackled the LED Training Essentials Course, mastering the art of building LED walls and bringing them to life. They also stepped it up with the Advanced Course, exploring the ins and outs of processing software and hardware, calculating data limits, and diving deep into advanced LED processing concepts. With these new insights, we’re more prepared than ever to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Our audio team recently took a big step forward with L-Acoustics training led by Joe Spitzer, and it wouldn’t have been possible without our own, Nick P. and Aaron Raymond. Over two days, our team dove into Systems & Workflow and Drive System training with L-Acoustics, gaining valuable certifications and adopting standards that ensure consistent system performance, efficient workflows, and enhanced collaboration. This training was a long time coming, and we can't wait for the next one! 🙌
