Ford Richardson welcomes Peter Trauernicht! Peter is an Associate Attorney in our Richmond, Virginia office. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. At Ford Richardson, P.C. his practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, as well as the defense of general civil litigation. Peter began his career providing intellectual property portfolio management services and small business legal advice. He spent several years working with the Virginia Supreme Court’s Office of the Executive Secretary implementing digital document management systems in state courts. Ford Richardson welcomes Kourtney Coker! Kourtney is an Associate Attorney in our Virginia Beach office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Kourtney is a native of Blacksburg, Virginia, where she attended college at Virginia Tech as a psychology major and a cadet in the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets. Kourtney pursued a career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, serving on four deployments throughout eastern Asia and the middle east prior to realizing her dream to practice law. She received her law degree from Regent University, and has since represented clients in business formation, tax representation, bankruptcy, real estate matters, and litigation.
