Designers from around the world came together at the annual ONE Global Design Summit in London, hosted by member firm tp bennett. Over three inspiring days, we explored topics like workplace strategy, the future of AI, global dynamics, sustainability, and the evolving design profession. Workshops led by our knowledge partners, Haworth and DEKO, added even more depth to the experience. We also had the pleasure of welcoming our new partners, PDR - Planning, Design, Research and Steven Leach Group, in person, strengthening our global reach and collaborative spirit. Longfellow Real Estate Partners, in conjunction with Truebeck Construction, an industry-leading commercial general contractor, is excited to announce the completion of the San Mateo Science Center Campus renovation in the Bay Area. The revolutionary project spans 429,000 SF across two existing seven-story buildings that involved renovating and converting the campus into Class A lab and office spaces. Updates included a comprehensive core and shell conversion and upgrading amenities such as a new café, fitness center, as well as collaborative lounge and conference spaces to support future tenants as our team partnered with FORGE to bring the spaces to life. Onsite parking is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. The two mid-rise buildings offer stunning views and a prime, accessible location, with landscaped areas, walking trails, and outdoor spaces designed to foster community and collaboration. Our company-wide tour of our Prescott project in West Oakland was a fantastic success! It was wonderful to get out of the office and see our work in action. We were also privileged to hear from Joe Ernst about the vision and impact of this project. After the tour, we enjoyed pizza and craft beer at Cellarmaker Brewing Co., another one of our exciting projects.
