After four years of operations at Forrest Logistics, successfully servicing several thousand loads per month at every US Port, we still feel like we are in the early innings of our business. Forrest Transportation is commencing our asset fleet with 22 tractors, all brand new 2024 Kenworth’s which will guarantee our customers capacity and driver’s pride. This is only the beginning! With less than a week until the International Longshoremen’s Association labor agreement with East Coast and Gulf Coast ports are set to expire, potentially creating the first ILA union strike since 1977, disruptions nationwide appear to be imminent. Forrest is readily equipped and able to assist with last minute orders at Port and Rail terminals, regardless of where your freight is discharging. In addition to drayage capacity, warehousing and transloading services are available to ensure diverted freight reaches final destination as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
