The ABA Forum on Construction Law is pleased to announce the Forum Trial Academy will be held on March 13-15, 2025. The program will take place at the George L. Allen, Sr. Courts Building in Dallas, TX. Designed for younger and/or less-experienced construction litigators and experts, the Forum Trial Academy is limited to 36 attorney students and 24 expert students, allowing for numerous, daily opportunities to practice “on your feet” trial skills and receive immediate substantive feedback from course faculty and committee, including video review. Expert students will serve as fact and expert witnesses and will also receive instruction and feedback over the course of the program. Register now: https://lnkd.in/gHV334V9

The Forum’s leadership has initiated a fellowship program for diverse construction lawyers with the goal of drawing diverse construction lawyers into the ranks of active, long-term Forum members. In 2025, the Forum will award up to six (6) three-year Fellowships prior to the Annual Meeting. Fellows receive the following benefits: Waiver of all registration fees, reimbursement of reasonable travel and accommodation expenses, reimbursement of Forum membership dues, and reimbursement of ABA membership dues in the following amounts: 100% in Year 1; 66% in Year 2; and 33% in Year 3.
