For our latest Beyond the Desk, we connected with Michael Stallworth, assurance director, to discuss the valuable lessons he learned early on in his career, in his first full-time job as a warehouse shipping clerk: “It taught me about “work life” and the type of life I desired to live. How to get a job done as a team, how to follow work directions, punctuality to be on time clocking in and out, and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done so we could all go home.” This experience helped shaped who Michael is today and helped him recognize the importance of discipline, accountability, and going above and beyond – values that are part of what sets our work apart from the rest.
