About us
Throughout our region, hundreds of dedicated professionals at behavioral health organizations, substance use agencies, and community health centers serve our most vulnerable populations. Their patients’ challenges can be complex. At Forward Leading Independent Provider Association (FLIPA), our holistic model helps members to better serve patients across a 17-county area. We help members collaborate more effectively. Learn each other’s best practices. Share vital data for a bigger, clearer picture of patients’ needs.

Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation continues to be part of the movement that birthed us as one of the first Federally Qualified Health Centers in this country. We were happy to host partner agencies this week as we learned about the Social Care Network being designed and managed by Forward Leading Independent Provider Association (FLIPA). We all understand the assignment. If we are to achieve Health Equity, we must attend to all the needs that accompany us human beings.
