Four Pines Fund is looking to add a Grants Manager to our team! The Grants Manager will play a critical role in designing, managing, and overseeing the Foundation’s grantmaking process and system to best support Foundation staff, applicants, and grantees throughout the full grant lifecycle, from application to reporting. This role will work with staff across the Foundation, serve as a member of the core grants team and report to the COO. The Grants Manager will serve as a key point of contact for grantees, ensuring a positive and transparent experience throughout the grant lifecycle. As a foundation focused on systems-change grantmaking we often engage deeply over many years with grantees; therefore, in order to effectively partner with our grantees, the ability to establish and maintain strong trust-based relationships is an essential function of this role. Since its inception, the Four Pines Fund has awarded over $14M, with grants typically ranging from $25,000 to more than a million dollars. It is anticipated that the volume will increase significantly in 2025 and subsequent years. This is an opportunity to help build something from the ground up. The Grants Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing our grants management system and ensuring it can support our growth and long-term goals.
