Bus operators and other transit agency frontline employees move the nation—and their wellness is tantamount. We are honored to have partnered with Rutgers University to co-lead the fourth most popular #TCRP report of 2024, Report 245: Mental Health Wellness, and Resilience for Transit System Workers. Check out the report here: https://lnkd.in/e65k6Vk4. As part of ongoing grant support for Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), Foursquare ITP partnered with AECOM to write the recently awarded grant application for the Grade Crossing Improvement Project in Rosedale, Maryland. This project will address critical safety issues at four private highway-rail grade crossings in the area. Our team (big shoutout to Adrian Speller!) created several illustrative graphics for the application. We're thrilled we were able to help MDOT secure the funding for this important project.

From presenting and moderating, attending sessions, and connecting (and reconnecting) with so many transportation professionals, we learned so much about the future of the industry. We're already counting down to next year's conference!
