The day before Thanksgiving, Frederick County Government said goodbye to our friend and colleague, Joyce Grossnickle. After four decades in public service, she is off to enjoy retirement 🌟 A lot has changed since she began her #TeamFCG journey with us as a Recording Secretary. Over the years she took on many projects that, in one way another, would touch the lives of many Frederick County residents and visitors.
