Happy International Day of Happiness. One of my favorite projects for Discovery Education was producing 2 virtual field trips sponsored by LG giving teens the tools to "learn" how to be happy. We filmed this segment in LA at John Marshall High School (Grease, Pretty in Pink, Buffy and so many other films were shot there!). It was all about happiness in action - students doing amazing things to spread joy. These students students practice mindfulness to cope with daily stressors.
