Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience managing agricultural supply chains. Strong understanding of farming and production. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with farmers. Proficient in logistics and inventory management. 2. Marketing and Customer Service Manager (Contract) Responsibilities: Craft marketing plans to boost brand awareness, attract new customers, and generate leads. Manage social media to connect with customers, promote offerings, and build loyalty. Oversee customer service to ensure a positive experience and handle inquiries efficiently. Develop strategies to engage customers and build long-term relationships. Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve marketing and service. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in marketing and customer service. Digital marketing savvy (SEO, SEM, social media). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 3. Technology and Platform Manager (Part-Time) Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of our user-friendly platform connecting farmers and consumers. Manage IT infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and scalability. Implement and maintain data security protocols. Leverage data analytics to drive business decisions, platform improvement, and user experience optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience managing digital platforms. Strong understanding of web development.
