Wachstumschancengesetz ist beschlossen! ✅ 👩🔬👨🏻🔬🔬Damit einhergehend wird auch die steuerliche Förderung für Forschung und Entwicklung rückwirkend zum 01.01.2024 angepasst und erweitert. Die wichtigsten Änderungen auf einem Blick: 1️⃣ Anpassung der Bemessungsgrundlage von 4 Mio. auf 12 Mio.€ maximal förderfähige Aufwendungen je Wirtschaftsjahr! 2️⃣ Erhöhung der förderfähigen Aufwendungen der Auftrags-FuE von 60% auf 70%! 3️⃣ Antrag auf Erhöhung der Förderquote für KMUs von 25% auf 35% möglich! 4️⃣ Förderung von Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten der im FuE-Vorhaben abnutzbaren beweglichen Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens! 5️⃣ Sowie weitere Anpassungen im allgemeinen Gesetzestext der Forschungszulage. Wir freuen uns sehr die durchwegs positiven Änderungen an unsere derzeitigen und zukünftigen Kunden zu kommunizieren!
